To get started with a return, exchange or cancellation, contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, request and we will handle the rest! We will provide step-by-step instructions on how to return your purchase. We are proud to announce all our products are covered by our 14 days return/exchange policy. All our customers will have up to 14 calendar days from the date they received the package to notify us any return/exchange request.
If you wish to return an item, please ship the package to the address provided by our customer service and follows the instruction below:
1. Package the items securely in the original product packaging. Item must be returned in unused condition to ensure that you receive full credit.
2. Please include all parts and instructions. We do not accept a return if that building set is incomplete.
3. Buyer is responsible for return/ exchange shipping. A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of return received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Please allow 3 business days before any refund shows on your statement.
If you change your mind, it’s easy to cancel your active (not shipped) order.
Online orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placing the order.
For the successful delivery of your order, please be very specific and accurate about your shipping information. Please note we will NOT provide any refund for the following situation:
1. Delivery failure due to wrong delivery address, absence or unresponsive phone number, incorrect postal code (zip code) or any incorrect or unclear information provided by the buyer.
2. Customer’s failure to pick up packages or refusal to pay off import tax.
3. Package marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier or ‘signed’ at the destination.
